As Principal of 949 Group, John excels in representing private and institutional investors with their commercial property acquisition/disposition efforts throughout the United States with a focus on Southern California, Northern California (Bay Area), and Denver Colorado Markets.
By thoroughly understanding his clients’ business and investment objectives, John develops a transaction strategy and implements the appropriate processes. The results offer decision-makers a clear understanding of market conditions and alternative solutions where both operational and financial goals can be met.
John is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team. John began his career at CBRE in the Silicon Valley Office (San Jose) and upon moving to Southern California, he joined Colliers International, where he was responsible for a portfolio of properties in the Orange County market. Throughout John’s 12+ years of experience, he has completed over 100 transactions consisting of both sales and leasing totaling over 1 million square feet. John has assisted several institutional investors and large corporations in locating investment property throughout the United States.
Glenn brings more than 27 years of commercial brokerage experience to the 949 Group. He serves as Principal in both Northern California and Orange County offices. With his extensive experience and expertise in the sale and acquisition of investment properties, corporate sale leasebacks, and 1031 tax exchange transactions, he is able to effectively advise investors in maximizing return on their investment. During his tenure as president of CC&B Investment Group, Glenn was solely credited for over $250,000,000 in commercial real estate investments throughout California and Colorado, working with various institutional clients, as well as smaller private investors.
