John Carpenter is a principal at the 949 Group, bringing with him over six years of prior experience at both CBRE and Colliers International. John specializes in tenant representation and investment sales in the greater Orange County area. John is skilled in property and investment valuation, structuring and negotiating commercial leases, site analysis, and transaction management. He utilizes a client-focused, process-driven approach designed to minimizing cost and manage risks, incorporating each business interaction with Accountability, Team Work and Excellence. Glenn brings more than 27 years of commercial brokerage experience to the 949 Group. He serves as Principal in both Northern California and Orange County offices. With his extensive experience and expertise in the sale and acquisition of investment properties, corporate sale leasebacks, and 1031 tax exchange transactions, he is able to effectively advise investors in maximizing return on their investment. During his tenure as president of CC&B Investment Group, Glenn was solely credited for over $250,000,000 in commercial real estate investments throughout California and Colorado, working with various institutional clients, as well as smaller private investors.
