Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) agreed to purchase two properties in San Francisco and West Los Angeles in separate deals totaling $179 million. The company will use the proceeds from its recent public offering of 11.5 million shares of common stock of $15 per share to help finance the acquisitions. Hudson Pacific estimates that it will net approximately $166.1 million to $190.8 million from the offering.
